1. What made you want to compete?
It was almost 4 years ago when I saw a picture of fitness model Amanda Adams from a competition she had competed in. She looked amazing & I knew at that moment I had to give it a try.

2. What do you do to stay inspired?
Set new goals, bigger goals to keep myself motivated. Following fitness athletes through social media always keeps me inspired.

3. What shows have you already been in or plan to be in in the future?
This will be my 8th show total and my 3rd time competing with the WBFF. Next up Rhode Island Championships!!!

4. Who got you started?
So many individuals had an impact on me having the courage to compete. Amanda Adams as I mentioned above was my first fitness “crush” My boyfriend who is big into bodybuilding & Big Frank B was the athlete who encouraged me to take my fitness to the next level and join WBFF.

5. Who do you look to for help now?
Sebastian Zona! He is the owner of No Limitz / Unbreakable! He is an amazing coach and inspiration to me. I know I needed more one on one training and guidance as I am trying to make big improvements for this show & he has completely exceeded my expectations.

6. Where do you usually workout?
Chili fitness

7. Do you use any suppliments? If so, what ones (brands, names, etc)
Dymatize protein, a ton of vitamins 🙂 Glutamine (brand Glutamend)

8. What are your most noticeable results?
I would say from my very first show until now I have seen drastic improvements in lean muscle mass and getting in overall better physical condition.

9. Has fitness changed your life? If so, how?
It really has changed my life. I used to be big into going out and the partying trend. It wasnt until I was introduced to this lifestyle that I began to change. I couldnt be happier & love the personal goals I have set.

10. What personal fitness goals have you set for yourself?
Of course my personal fitness goals are to compete and each time bring a better package to the stage. My main goal is to go PRO with the WBFF & I am currently getting certified in nurtition to help other meet their goals as well.

11. Describe your diet.
I eat 6-7 times a day consisting of lean protein, healthy fats and good carbs.
I take many vitamins & drink a ton of water 🙂

12. What does your workout schedule look like?
Usually around 6 days a week focusing each day on a different muscle group. Since I am in prep right now I am doing more cardio as well.

13. What do you do for a living?
I am a teller operations specialist at Bank of America.

14. What are your personal non-fitness goals?
To continue growing in my career.

15. Have you participated in any other sports?
Cheerleading, Soccer, Track!

Want to thank my family, friends, Ricky …for always supporting me in all of my shows and personal goals. My sister Jordan who is joining me on the stage in November… it has really brought us closer together and love having a partner to workout with. My trainer Sebastian for his expertise and continued support… I honestly have made a great friend and know he has each of his clients best interest at heart. All of the WBFF athletes who continue to inspire me! I can not thank you enough! Kevin Topka, Allison & Paul for making it possible for us athletes to have an amazing show experience with well organized and well run shows.

17. Do you have any hobbies?
Fitness, enjoying time with my friends & family & my little Nephew Cody!

19. What obstacles have you overcome to be where you are?
Competitng is not easy! It is constantly a mental battle with yourself to keep going & strive for better. I have had a few obstacles such as hernia surgery and post surgery pain that has gotten in my way. However, with the right people beside you and the right mind set you can overcome any obstacle.
