1. What made you want to compete?
I have always had a passion for fitness. After college, I found myself yearning to participate in a new sport. A friend of mine introduced to me to the life of a bikini competitor. I went to her show, WBFF New England 2013, and fell in love. I just knew I had to compete.

2. What do you do to stay inspired?
I remind myself as much as possible that having a healthy, strong body is something to cherish. Not everyone is lucky enough to push their body and mind the way that bikini competitors do. I also have a strong team of woman and an amazing coach who are constantly motivating me. They are some of the most incredible women I know.

3. What shows have you already been in or plan to be in in the future?
I competed this past May but am excited to challenge myself to reach a whole new level and compete with the best of the best in the WBFF.

4. Who got you started?
I am glad to say I have a strong support system, which includes my family, boyfriend, coach and a whole team of bikini athletes. My coach has been training me since Dec. 2013. She is my number one go to for help. I look up to her in more ways than one. She is always there when I need help, whether it be about competing or life.

5. Who do you look to for help now?

6. Where do you usually workout?
I am a girl on the go! I have 3 gym memberships so that no matter where I am, there is no excuse to miss a workout.

7. Do you use any suppliments? If so, what ones (brands, names, etc)

8. What are your most noticeable results?
I have gained an incredible amount of self confidence by transforming my body. I am stronger, leaner and happier than I have ever been.

9. Has fitness changed your life? If so, how?
It has made me realize I am capable of anything I put my mind to. It showed me the joy that comes from hard work. It has made me a better person, no doubt in my mind.

13. What do you do for a living?
I am in my last year of training to become a Physician Assistant. I will receive my Master of Science degree in May 2015.
